Scope of Work:

1. Wall Repair: Repair damaged wall beside the toilet.

2. Ceiling Repair: Repair water-damaged ceiling.

3. Ceiling Preparation: Patch and prepare ceiling for painting.

4. Wall Preparation: Patch and prepare wall for painting.

5. Primer Application: Apply Kilz primer to ceiling and wall.

6. Ceiling Painting: Apply two coats of paint to the ceiling.

7. Wall Painting: Apply two coats of paint to the wall.

8. Door and Trim Painting: Apply two coats of paint to the door and door trimming.
